Wednesday, September 17, 5:00 P.M.
We will be spreading some gravel at a persistent wet spot on the trail, plus pruning & trimming from Western Ridge towards Lickinghole Basin. If you can bring a wheelbarrow for moving gravel, please do! We will also be using pruners, loppers, and string trimmers to tidy up the trail and around the benches and the bird blind. Sunset is at 7:20 so we will be sure to work no more than two hours.
Bring your own tools or use ours. Wear sturdy shoes or boots (not sandals) and bring your own water and bug spray. Gloves and long pants and sleeves are strongly recommended. Under 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
It’s not necessary to sign up but if you do, we can get in touch in case we need to change plans because of weather. Here’s the link
