*Action Items (from April):
Jessica- Finish T-shirt design and work with Crew to get Sponsors- T-shirt is at the printers and will be ready for pick-up on May 18th- we got the sponsors that we needed.
Michael G.- Alert the schools to the change of schedule for the CCAC meeting- the school officials and PTO representatives have all been notified of the change. The CCAC will send out an additional invitation.
Dan M.- Put together a statement for the May 19th meeting, compile “Trail Crime” info sheet- he asked Jessica to send a reminder and will be at the meeting.
Jessica – Work with Eric W. to inform Grayrock residents about May 15th workday- residents and HOA have been notified. There will be signs in the neighborhood.
Dan M.- Talk to Stonehouse, Westhall and Cory Farms about Greenway permission- still pending
Dan M., Jessica, Nan- meet at Grayrock to hash out a plan- yes. plans have been made.
· Discussion of Building (Labor) activities:
o Grayrock workday- May 15th!! Flyers are going up in Grayrock. 8:30AM – hopefully weather will cooperate. Saturday, June 4, 8:30AM will be the next workday at Grayrock.
o Discuss with Cory Farms and Stonehouse about building the Greenway- Dan M. Working on getting easment in order to build tempoary bridges.
· Discussion of Planning (Logistics) activities:
o Crozet Trails Day- October 15 (Need for a committee-volunteers please contact Jessica) with a goal to create a pathway around Crozet with stops along the way at local businesses??, and CTC run/bike event (David O., Kim A.)
o July 2nd parade- How do we want to be involved? Any creative ideas [pass out flyers, possibly wrap them around water bottles (Check with Anytime Fitness), etc.]
o T-shirts- at the printers!! They look great – will be done this Wednesday in time for the CCAC meeting!
o CCAC meeting preparation. Meeting is at the Meadows next Thursday (May 19th) from 7-9PM! Are our ducks in nice little rows?
o Set dates for scout/school group workdays; June 4 & 18, July 9 & 23; August 6 & (20 or 27) – Need to contact scout troops, camps, school groups, community service needs, etc.
