We will be working this Saturday on the trail next to Lickinghole Creek in Old Trail, We will be widening and stabilizing the trail as it cuts into the slope. It’s a lovely section of trail that could use some TLC to preserve it and make it safer and easier to pass across. We also will need to do some pruning and trimming, as we haven’t visited this section of trail in several months.
Meet at 9 a.m. at the gravel driveway at the intersection of Golf Drive and Rowcross Street in Old Trail. Bring water, gloves, and bug spray, and wear sturdy shoes. Under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

Directions: from Crozet Avenue, head west on Jarmans Gap Rd, then turn left onto Old Trail Drive. At the third roundabout, use the third exit to head east on Golf Drive. Drive to the end and park along Rowcross St.
