CTC Midweek Workday

We will meet at 8:30 a.m. this Wednesday, July 8,  at the end of Fairwinds Lane in Western Ridge. We’ll use the mowers to cut the grass through the field, and pruners and loppers to trim back overgrowth on the trail as it runs beside the creek. I’m hoping we get enough people to also use a weed-eater on the part of the trail that is too narrow for the mower.

We’ll start early so can beat the heat. Wear long pans, gloves, and sturdy shoes, and bring pruners, loppers, or saws. We will have additional tools for anyone who needs them.

This should be a fairly simple workday, and I anticipate we won’t need more than two hours to make a big difference.
