· Discussion of Building (Labor) activities:
o Neighborhood workday at Grayrock- September 11, 8am
o WAHS 9th grade volunteer day- Wednesday, October 13th
o Boyscout volunteer day- Sunday, October 17th
o Upcoming trail building projects for the Fall
· Discussion of Planning (Logistics) activities:
o Fireman’s Parade- September 18th- 3pm
o Booth at Crozet Music festival (October 1-3)
o Banner, flier, t-shirts, info cards (and WVTF sponsorship day- Thurs, Sept. 16)
o CTC and Albemarle County- How we work together.
· Next steps- “build” informational booth, next Group meeting – MONDAY, October 11th??(Jessica Mauzy)

For the flier:
make a map which will go on one side of the flier (Dan M.).
Existing hikes/ recreational opportunities — description and directions (Dan J. and Mark S.)
The CTC mission statement and info on the partnership :CTC — County (?who wants this piece??)
A brief narrative on the CTC/ County vision for the Crozet Trails and Greenway system (Elizabeth)
Jessica Mauzy– can compile all the parts and pieces, edit the text, and put it into flier format for your review and approval.
Alex is going to investigate printing costs and sponsorship.
Tim T. is going to talk to the CCA about donations for the CTC going through the CCA.
Tim, Dan M., and Jessica will work on the letter in support of corridor acquisition.
Dan M. and Jessica (and whoever else wants to assist) will do a transit survey of the Grayrock trail area
Jim, and anyone else, will send me links and other information to put on the blog.
Dan M. will print 3-4 Crozet Master Plan Greenways maps at 11×17 format (laminated?)
Dan M. will select a day in the fall as a potential Crozet Trails Day, with the approval of the CTC and CCA.
