We are building a bridge over a Powell’s Creek tributary on the trail we cleared in February. We need people with construction experience as well as people who can just be generally helpful. We will be using power tools, measuring tools, levels, and shovels. Tools will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear work gloves and bring your own water.
Meet on Orchard Drive (1205 Orchard Drive in your GPS) at the start of the trail at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14.
Bring your own tools or use ours. Wear sturdy shoes or boots (not sandals) and bring your own water and bug spray. Gloves and long pants and sleeves are strongly recommended. Under 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
IMPORTANT: Please review our safety guidelines before joining a workday and complete and sign the Volunteer Waiver Form if you have not previously done so.
IMPORTANT: Please sign up here so we can notify you if weather requires us to make changes!
