Tonight’s meeting agenda
Crozet Trails Day #3
Saturday, October 16, 2010–
First Annual CROZET TRAILS DAY trail work
9am-12noon at the Grayrock Ponds
Volunteers and Grayrock neighborhood residents are asked to help CTC and the County complete the upper section of the Ponds Trail steps. The County will provide the materials and the tools. Bring your family and joins us (we need your help), even for an hour!
First Annual CROZET TRAILS DAY Celebration
2-7pm at the Old Trail Village Center, near Trailside Coffee
Sponsored by the Crozet Trails Crew and assorted Crozet merchants
The Crozet Trails Crew, a local volunteer organization, invites you out to join your friends and neighbors for an afternoon of fall fun. Activities will include pumpkin decorating and apple bobbing, hay rides, trail tours, kite flying and kite competition (wind dependant), Crozet farmers market booths, story-telling, and more.
If we build safe and enjoyable pedestrian and bike routes, the connections between neighborhoods, schools, and businesses are enhanced and the community comes together.
Crozet Trails Day #2
Crew,
Crozet Trails Day will be held on October 16th. We need volunteers to coordinate events, help plan activities, and attend the celebration to provide information to community members.
Let me know if you are interested in helping or have any ideas. We are in a time crunch so get back with me quickly.
Thanks!!
