When: Sunday, October 21st, 2012 Where: Crozet, Virginia (5k will start and finish at Old Trail Village Center, tree planting will be on Jarman’s Gap Road) What time: 8:30 am- Crozet Trails Day 5k, followed by a Fun Run/walk (Registration will be available in June) 10am-2pm- Community Tree-planting along Jarman’s Gap road. Proceeds: Support the work of The Crozet Trails Crew (CTC), made up of community members who are interested in helping plan, build, and promote pedestrian and bicycle trails in and around Crozet, Virginia. If you are a business wanting to get involved or someone who would like to volunteer for either event, please contact Scott (scotthilles@embarqmail.com) or Janet (jtphillips57@gmail.com).Details of the 5k race:
The day will start with a 5k run around the WAHS cross-country trail, starting and finishing in front of Trailside coffee. There will be a 1-mile fun run/walk as well, just after the 5k race. Included with your registration: Race shirt, designed by local graphic designer and sponsored in-part by local businesses. To register for the 1-mile fun-run, please send an email to Scott (scotthilles@embarqmail.com) or Janet (jtphillips57@gmail.com) and include the number of fun-run participants and their last names. There is no fee associated with the fun-run. If inspired, donations can be made at the Crozet Trails Crew Booth located at the race area.2011 Race Results:

Finding this post has sovled my problem
My 11 year old son and I ran the race, the course was AWESOME! Very good event we will be back next year. Don’t change the course it was fun and we talked about it for days.
